Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to course descriptions, pricing, or availability. 12 PROHIBITED USES & AI POLICY
In addition to standard prohibitions (illegal acts, viruses, harassment), users are strictly prohibited from using the site or its content: (i) to scrape, crawl, or spider the platform; (ii) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (iii) to use, extract, or input course materials into any Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Large Language Model (LLM) training sets without express written consent from JMC.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless JMC Jayasekera Management Centre (Pvt) Ltd and our affiliates, partners, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law.
15 SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement. 21 VIRTUAL LEARNING & RECORDING
Participation in online lectures and forums requires adherence to our Digital Code of Conduct. Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance. Students are prohibited from sharing virtual room links or unauthorized redistribution of session recordings. Violation of digital privacy of other students or faculty may result in immediate suspension without refund.
